St Mary Family Doctors is committed to health in our community and so we have started up a walking group every Thursday from 1pm – 1:30pm around Lake Alexandra Reserve in Mittagong. It is much easier to get take that step to get fit with a community around you. You can walk at your own pace, for as long as you like with great company around you. Our walking community is a community of encouragement and friendship. We would love to see you there!
